Flexible 2-4-8 Approach
Lay the foundations of wellness in your organisation with our unique approach that can be delivered in flexible and tailored 2, 4 or 8 hours sessions for up to 100 people to suit your individual needs. This has proved to be a highly cost effective method of training people in Workplace Wellness.

Fit 2 Lead Fit 2 Lead is an essential programme for any manager or leader wanting to develop healthy leadership habits for a high performing team. This one-day, highly informative and practical event encourages you to:
- Explore how to be a role model for your team
- Promote the benefits of developing healthy habits and behaviours
- Support a culture of wellness in your organisation
- Positively lead by example and inspire others
- Take consistent and sustainable personal action
You will participate in a range of activities including interactive quizzes, role play exercises, discussions and presentations, all of which are designed to accommodate a diversity of styles and accelerate your learning. An individual Personal Action Plan is used as a catalyst for change, positive improvement and self evaluation.
During the event you will:
- Identify role model habits and behaviours on how to lead by example
- Be encouraged to develop a positive attitude and approach to work and life
- Identify the benefits of exercise, healthy eating and improved energy levels
- Discover how to manage emotions and develop a personal stress coping toolkit

Train the Trainer Programme It is becoming increasingly important for companies to set a positive and healthy example to all their staff. By developing an in house capability for Managers, HR and Training departments to support Workplace Wellness it can prove to be more cost effective than relying on outside provision.
This two day, highly informative and practical event will enable individuals to:
- Explore how to be a role model for their organisation
- Promote the benefits of developing healthy habits and behaviours
- Learn how to deliver modular training sessions around Workplace Wellness
- Develop techniques to deliver high impact learning
- Support a culture of wellness in your organisation
Participants will experience a range of activities including interactive quizzes, real play exercises, discussions and presentations, all of which are designed to accommodate a diversity of styles and accelerate learning.
They will cover each of the enablers in a modular format and learn how to deliver the content to accommodate different group sizes.
Before the training event participants will be given pre course materials to read including a copy of How to Work Wonders – Your Guide to Workplace Wellness by Liggy Webb to develop a good base understanding of Workplace Wellness.
All Train the Trainer programmes are delivered by accredited expert Workplace Wellness consultants.
