Chris Deakin

Chris is a highly motivated learning and development consultant who has enjoyed continued success throughout a people-focussed career in both training and management. She is a specialist in designing and running developmental training programmes with an emphasis on 'soft' skills and personal development and has delivered training courses across a diverse range of sectors.

Chris has been very involved in the workplace wellness programme and has wide experience in behavioural change and helping people to cope more positively with change.

Chris has worked with organisations such as Astra Zeneca, Quintiles, 3663, O2, Carlsberg, Dyberg Kern, the Guernsey Training Agency, Autoebid, NFU Mutual, NHS Primary Care Trusts, Balfour Beatty, Bevan Brittan, Standard & Poor's, Fritz Hansen, the General Teaching Council, the National Trust and Remploy.
