Jacky Leonard

Jacky has over 20 years’ experience as a trainer, coach and manager and is a well-respected author of learning and development resources. Her interest lies in helping her clients achieve success via a customer-centric approach and a commitment to continuous improvement. She has been an integral part of the development of the resilience and agility programmes and has amassed a great deal of experience in these areas.

Described as 'a consummate professional' and a 'charismatic trainer', Jacky is regarded as an effective influencer with a personable yet analytical and innovative approach. She is also a published author and makes regular contributions to industry publications.

Jacky expertly uses her incisive knowledge of adult learning and development to challenge participants to step outside their comfort zones and question their current behaviours in order to develop their full potential, both personally and professionally. Jacky is regularly commissioned to design and deliver training programmes in the areas of leadership, sales and customer service. She has played an integral role in developing marketing and communication strategies and producing quality management systems.
