Melanie Lisney

Melanie is an experienced behavioural skills specialist and has had significant involvement in the development of the Modern Life Skills programme. She also has extensive experience in leadership and management development and in interpersonal skills training and facilitation.

As well as working with clients in central and local government and in the emergency services, Melanie also works extensively in the private sector within production, telecommunications and tourism and leisure environments. Her focus is on self-awareness and personal responsibility issues, and she is also a qualified neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner.

Melanie has worked most recently with NFU Mutual, the NHS, Allen and Overy, United Response, Peugeot and Babcock.
