Events

The two-day Train the Trainer programme is specifically for experienced learning and development professionals who wish to become licensed through their organisation to deliver resilience workshops and presentations. It is aimed to provide the participants with an in-depth understanding of resilience so that they are able to facilitate half-day and bite-sized sessions. They will also have access to online materials and post-event support.

Award-winning and bestselling author and resilience thought leader Liggy Webb will deliver this two-day event. The content is based on the book Resilience – How to cope when everything around you keeps changing and covers 10 well researched guiding principles that will include the following:

  1. Take a journey of self-discovery – How to explore personal potential
  2. See the glass half-full – How to cultivate a positive and growth mindset
  3. Take emotional control – How to intelligently manage emotions
  4. Change for the better – How to embrace a rapidly changing world

  10. Create a personal vision – How to sustain healthy habits and behaviours

Overview of the two days
